This is a second story lightweight concrete deck. We pulled off the plywood from below to discover this water damage. The concrete above only had minor cracking in the surface, the water proofing had failed over time. Dry rot damage can be very dangerous if not repaired. Have your property inspected by a licensed contractor with experience in dry rot and water damage repairs. Many will do this at no charge to the property owner.
